FAQ

• We don't have a retail store, we only accept eshop orders, and we won't accept make order under whatsapp or inbox. 
• The available styles and stocks are listed in the product, please check it out! Website & Eshop: https://www.sweetwedding.com.hk
• If there is enough spot to pick up the goods the next day after the payment is available, if there is no spot, it will take 21 days to book.
• Self-collection (applicable to $100 or above): The "Meeting" time can be settled at the gate B of Kam Sheung Road Station from 10:00 am to 20:00 pm on Monday to Friday. There is no delivery service on Saturdays and public holidays.
• Delivery service SF Express (applicable to more than $100): The shipping and delivery date and time is Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 15:00, and will be postponed to the next shipping day if there is a public holiday. The date of receipt will depend on the delivery speed of SF Express.
• Free shipping on orders over $1000, 10% off on $5000 and 15% off on orders over $10,000. This offer is not suitable for any personalized design products and candy corner services. 
• The amount of stock that can be purchased enters the product information.
